- An Organizational Change & Development leader for more than 30 years.
- Has shared success with small businesses, large organizations, government service ministries, academic institutions and pioneering entrepreneurs in Canada and the United States.
- Sociology graduate in management and labour studies, Jack received the prestigious American Iron & Steel Fellowship designation for his work in Washington D.C. He has also been awarded Change Management and Team Development certification.
- Restructured the way progressive leadership practices are employed through engagement, clarity of purpose and validation teachings for many private and government organizations.
- Has designed and updated progressive organization's policies and diversity practices.
- A skilled key-note speaker, Jack energetically addresses leadership, the power of teams, impact communications, the challenge of positive change and the humour in all of our experiences. Diversity and performance management are also among his favourite topics.

Rebecca Rewi - Director of Operations
Rebecca is currently a fourth year English and Sociology major at McMaster University.
She brings considerable knowledge, leadership and experience to jg+a & ASPIRE.
- 3 years training and facilitating with McMaster's Department of Athletics and Recreation
- Corporate Coordinator and Special Projects Planner - training and facilitation
- Accreditation as a Level 2 CCP
- McMaster Marauders Women's Basketball team
- Four years with St Mary's High School, won three gold medals and one silver medal at the Quad A OFSAA Championships for Basketball, and one gold medal at the AAA OFSAA level for Soccer
- Rebecca was co-captain for Basketball for three years, and co-captain for Soccer for two years
Rebecca knows what winning is all about and is a natural leader and motivator. She brings a contagious enthusiasm to everything she does.
Sarah Ramage - Director of Marketing
Sarah is a recent Honours graduate of McMaster University's Bachelor of Commerce program. Sarah is excited to join jack grosvenor + associates and ASPIRE.

- Sarah has developed and honed market research, and refined interpersonal skills through her various projects and business relationships
- She has considerable experience in organizing business conferences

Scott Brittain - Director of Business Development
ASPIRE is proud to have Scott join our team.
- Scott attended Boston University on a full athletic scholarship playing basketball for the Terriers
- He is currently pursuing his MBA at McMaster University. He graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies and a Graduate Certificate in Financial Markets and Institutions
- Scott is a powerful motivator and a natural leader. He captained his high school basketball team, as well as the Ontario Provincial and Canadian Junior National basketball teams, and the Boston University Men's basketball team
- Scott is a fierce competitor who understands the power of teams. During his tenure as captain of the Ontario Provincial team Scott led his team to three national titles
- He is a mentor in his community for young aspiring athletes
Scott brings a vast array of experience and skills to the team at jg+a / ASPIRE, including energy, high work ethic, and excellent facilitation and communication skills.
Glenda Grosvenor - Director, Client Relations

- 35 years experience in innovative human resource leadership
- Worked with large manufacturing organizations, government ministries and not-for-profit organizations to develop and implement their leadership and staff development strategies
- Glenda designed and Co-Managed outplacement resource processes and service
- Coordinated and lead multi-million dollar staffing intervention at a major Canadian manufacturer
- Specializes in organizational restructuring, change and personal transition and designing and implementing processes and systems
- Develops HR processes to address effective recruitment and deployment aimed at optimizing organizational needs
- Glenda's greatest personal value is to "treat others as you would want to be treated."
